CLYLP Scholarship: Due June 30, 2012

2012 CLYLP Scholarship Application now available online!

The Robert Gracia Memorial Scholarship is named after one of the CLYLP’s most dedicated volunteers who was committed to developing the leadership potential of California ‘s youth.

Scholarships are awarded annually to incoming freshman, transfer students and graduate students based on: three essays, financial need, applicant’s resume and recommendation letters.  Selected scholarship recipients will be awarded $1,000 for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Eligibility - applicants must meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • Be an alumnus of the Chicano Latino Youth Leadership Project (includes Sacramento Conference and regional institutes in Fresno and Los Angeles )
  • Be enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university
  • Have a 3.0 G.P.A. or higher
  • Submit a complete application via email on/before the 6/30/12 deadline
